Sriram's training was absolutely outstanding! The main aspects that I found to be really exceptional about the training where how efficiency focused, and practical he was, whilst also tailoring the training to suit the needs of the business. Sriram appreciated my existing understanding of the software, and did not waste time where he could see that I had (or had quickly gathered) an understanding of the concept that we were looking at. He did a fantastic job at focusing on areas where I was lacking, or taking some time to pick up, and also breezing through areas that I could demonstrate a clear understanding. This allowed us to work through training at a comfortable pace for me personally, and ensured I had learnt the necessary concepts/functions for what we needed to achieve. I also really appreciated that what he offered was not only a begginers course covering the basics, but more-so a course that provided as much as I was willing and able to learn in the time frame. It is also worth mentioning the time and effort he put into customising our settings, and the compassion showed after an experienced draftsman had left the company. The fact that he spent even more of his personal time after coming back from a week away, to ensure he had set everything up for us was nothing short of admirable, and has been appreciated immensely by not only myself, but my project manager, and boss. He has also been extremely supportive post training by giving me a lot of his own time to cover a few new topics, and assist with any problems that I've run into.
